Take your vacation to the beach just one block to the Newport Pier. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lower unit features 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins, and a sofabed with 1 car garage parking for standard size car. Oceanfront patio with furnishings and BBQ. Everything you need is provided – including linens, just bring the fun. Coin-op washer/dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player and cable are provided. No smoking. No pets. 10% city tax applies to all reservations less than 31 days. $1000 security deposit is required for all reservations. A cleaning fee and a booking fee will be deducted from security deposit. This is a Friday to Friday rental during summer months. No Air-Conditioner, but fans are provided as well as the ocean breeze!

    We go on quite a few quick trips every year, and they are always a good time, nothing compares to the week we spend at the beach every year. Daily walks along the shore, watching the surfers, saying good morning to all the friendly people walking by. This house is amazing, we are a big family, so we rent two units for the week, and this house has enough room for my family, my in-laws and even some friends that have become family. The balcony upstairs has enough room for all of us to sit down and enjoy dinner and watch the amazing show the sun outs on every night in the sky.
    The proximity to shopping and restaurants is a huge bonus, we don’t get in our cars for a whole week. Everything is within walking distance. It’s the one week a year that the whole family looks forward to. We have been going to this same unit for 4 or 5 years now and will keep going back as long as it’s available.
