This adorable 3 bedroom home features beach decor and furnishings. Enjoy everything Newport Beach has to offer: The Newport and Balboa piers, shops, restaurants, nightlife, Fun Zone, Ferry, and more! 3 bedrooms include 2 queen beds, 2 twins and 1 sofa sleeper with linens included for all. No balcony or BBQ. 1 car garage parking for standard size car. Coin op washer/dryer. No smoking. No pets. 10% city tax applies to all reservations less than 31 days. $1000 security deposit is required for all reservations. A cleaning fee and a booking fee will be deducted from security deposit. Available during the off-season as a 9-month rental. Call rental office for details. This is a Friday to Friday rental during summer months. No Air-Conditioner but fans are provided as well as the ocean breeze!

    Nice home right on the beach. The location could not be better. Close to shopping, dining and the Pier. Inside was nicely appointed however some of the mattresses need to be replaced - definitely showing signs of aging.
