No smoking, no pets. 10% city tax applies to all reservations less than 30 days. $1000 security deposit is required for all reservations. A cleaning fee and a booking fee will be deducted from security deposit. This is a Friday to Friday rental during summer months. No Air-Conditioner, but fans are provided as well as the ocean breeze!
