Perfect location!!! Enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful ocean view from your amazing balcony! This home has everything you need for a perfect beach get away. It is steps to the boardwalk and beach. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops at the Newport Beach Pier. This comfortable beach house has 1 Cal King, 1 full size futon, two twins and a queen size sofa bed. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Priced to rent! FRIDAY to FRIDAY rental. Weekly Summer rates from $2,000 to $2,500. Weekly Winter rates from $1,500 to $2,500. Monthly Winter rate is $3,750, inquire for details. 10% city tax applies to all reservations less than 30 days. $1,000 security deposit is required for all reservations. A cleaning fee and a $40 booking fee will be deducted from security deposit. Linens not provided. No Air-Conditioner.
Note: Renter must be 25 years of age or older and onsite.

    Does Beach House has all the amenities that you need, and it is just four houses away from the beachfront. Beach view from the balcony. Three minute walk to the grocery store. We have been staying here for several years, and the neighbors in the area are all very nice and friendly.
